The Story
This is the roast that divides the room—and we love it for that. Sourced from cooperative farms in Colombia's Cauca department and Brazil's Mogiana region, we take these beans deep into second crack where sugars fully caramelize and oils rise to the surface. The result is a velvety, almost viscous body with pronounced dark chocolate, a whisper of charred oak, and a finish so smooth it lingers without bitterness.
